Project Overview

​The problem: The client, a large municipal agency, needed a comprehensive training to ensure all employees understood and upheld compliance standards critical to maintaining program integrity. The agency identified gaps in how compliance policies were understood and applied, especially concerning confidentiality, controls, and reporting.

The solution: Through a targeted analysis, I found that while policies were well documented, staff across different programs lacked clarity on how these policies applied in their day-to-day roles. To address this, I recommended a scenario-based eLearning solution that could be completed asynchronously to accommodate operational demands.

I utilized Articulate Storyline and Vyond to create an engaging, interactive course grounded in real-world examples. The training featured scenario-based knowledge checks, embedded policy references, and clear, actionable guidance.
