A large municipal agency needed a clear, consistent way to ensure all employees understood and correctly applied core compliance policies. Although documentation existed, staff across programs were unclear about how confidentiality, reporting requirements, and internal controls applied in their daily work. The training was designed for all agency employees who needed practical, role-relevant guidance.

I designed an asynchronous, scenario-based eLearning module that grounded compliance concepts in realistic workplace situations. The course included animated vignettes, policy-linked knowledge checks, and clear examples to help staff recognize and apply compliance expectations. Built in Storyline and Vyond, the experience allowed learners to practice decision-making while reducing dependence on live training.

Role: Lead Instructional Designer and Consultant responsible for analysis, scripting, storyboarding, animation direction, interactive build, project management, and SME collaboration.
