Agency staff across the organization were missing subtle phishing red flags, leading to delayed reporting, unsafe clicks, and increased exposure to digital threats. Existing training was generic, text-heavy, and disconnected from employees’ real workflows, resulting in low engagement and poor retention. This microlearning was designed for busy staff who needed a quick, job-embedded way to build confidence in spotting and responding to phishing attempts.

A gamified, self-paced microlearning module developed in Articulate Storyline. The experience incorporates interactive simulations, decision-based branching, and contextual feedback to mirror real phishing scenarios. Learners practice identifying suspicious signals, explore consequences in a risk-free environment, and leave with actionable takeaways that reinforce secure digital behavior.
