Project Overview

The problem: This project was developed in collaboration with a large municipal agency aiming to strengthen compliance around records management across all facilities. Although formal policies were in place, the agency observed wide variation in how records were organized, retained, and disposed of. This created gaps in accountability and increased the risk of noncompliance with retention standards.

The solution: During the discovery phase, I uncovered that staff were unsure about which forms to use and how to fill them out, as well as the process for storing records. To meet these challenges, I proposed an interactive, self-paced eLearning solution that could fit seamlessly into busy workflows without disrupting operations.

The final training, built in Articulate Storyline, simplifies complex procedures into actionable steps using real-world scenarios, visual guides, and embedded assessments.
