Despite having formal records-management policies, staff across agency facilities showed inconsistent practices in organizing, retaining, and disposing of records. Many employees were unsure which forms to use or how to follow proper storage procedures. This training was designed for all agency staff responsible for maintaining compliant record-keeping.

An interactive, self-paced eLearning that breaks complex retention and documentation procedures into simple, actionable steps. The module uses real-world scenarios, visual guides, and embedded assessments to help staff confidently complete forms, follow retention rules, and maintain compliant workflows.

Role: As the lead ID, I owned analysis, scripting, storyboarding, interface design, interactive build, and SME facilitation.
