Managers were struggling with unclear, last-minute delegation in day-to-day communication, resulting in rework, missed deadlines, and declining trust. The organization needed a fast, practical way to reinforce core management habits without pulling managers out of their workflow.

This microlearning was designed for busy people managers who need quick, actionable upskilling directly in the flow of work.

A targeted microlearning module that opens with a realistic Slack-style scenario showing a delegation breakdown in action. Learners then move through a short video explanation, explore the SMART framework with interactive tabs, and practice rewriting messages through branching scenarios. A downloadable job aid reinforces on-the-job application.

The experience is designed to be completed quickly, build confidence, and strengthen everyday communication habits.
